My first Google review because I think it's necessary. I locked myself out because I forgot to pull the key out from the inside. It happens to the best. After a short phone call and the agreement that I would call again, I went to get the needed money. From then on, I spent about 1 hour trying to get someone on the line again. Since that didn't work, I even walked past it. On-site, I discovered 2 phone numbers that cannot be found on the internet. But again, no response regarding the need to pick up the phone. According to the opening hours, someone should be there..... On the doorbell sign, there are many Wiedemann's to be found, but despite the plaque on the wall, no doorbell for the key service. So I staggered back in the heat with my backpack full of my shopping but in search of another locksmith. But during this time, not only did the heat rise in me, but also the anger towards this incompetent service provider, who gives a damn about the emergency of their customers and quickly earned money. Because that was exactly it. The other locksmith came promptly to me and opened the lock with their tools in less than 1 minute. Maximum time spent by the service provider, including driving, 10 minutes for ?? euros. (Everyone knows how expensive this can be, but I would also like such an hourly/minute wage) So as far as I'm concerned, absolutely not recommendable!! My conclusion is that you can no longer trust the word of others, and it doesn't matter what I say (for example, I will call again soon) it won't be listened to anyway, and first during opening hours, the phones are thrown in the corner and a lengthy coffee break is held. Tough luck, dear Mr. Wiedemann, you could have quickly and easily earned nice money and saved my day a bit earlier instead of me giving you 60 minutes for that chance....
